1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TunbridgeWare UK. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Returns
2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.2 Perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Initiation of Return
3.1 To initiate a return, please contact Patrick Robbins within 14 days of receiving your order.
3.2 Please clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number and contact details when requesting a return.

Return Shipping
4.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2 If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
5.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
5.3 Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 6.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team for further assistance.
