Tunbridge Ware Single Tea Caddy c1860.
This is the most complex Tea caddy I have seen. Scrolling cartouche 0n the top and centre band, all four sides, with a view of Penshurst Place on the interior.
Rosewood veneered inside and out. Silver hinges with a brass lock
Comprehensive fine borders inside and out a complete “tour de force”.
Original cut glass mixing bowl with no chips or scratches.
